Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ovidiu Ionaș took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Tiberiu Lepuș had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Laurențiu Zdrelea. Chiciura CSS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiberiu Lepuș was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Chiciura CSS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Tiberiu Lepuș scored to the left of an out of position Laurențiu Zdrelea, making the score, 2-0. Nistor Crăiță hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Horea Socoriceanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcu Chițu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tiberiu Lepuș got in the 20th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Laurențiu Zdrelea handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Flavius Morar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laurențiu Zdrelea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pavel Purcaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Horea Socoriceanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcu Chițu in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute Ovidiu Ionaș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horea Socoriceanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pavel Purcaru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Laurențiu Zdrelea made a huge save. Flavius Ciociu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Laurențiu Zdrelea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 36 minutes, Manole Dumitrache managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Braseu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manole Dumitrache was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Laurențiu Zdrelea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiberiu Lepuș in the 38th minute of the match. Tiberiu Lepuș had several of the Chiciura CSS's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 46 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Laurențiu Zdrelea as he didn't even see the shot coming. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manole Dumitrache to make the kick off. Chiciura CSS's Laurențiu Zdrelea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manole Dumitrache in the 55th minute of play. Tiberiu Lepuș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laurențiu Zdrelea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manole Dumitrache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, Chiciura CSS's goal looked a bit too open when Pavel Purcaru came free, but Laurențiu Zdrelea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Pavel Purcaru fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Braseu's protests and gave Pavel Purcaru a yellow card for diving instead. In the 63rd minute, Pavel Purcaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute Manole Dumitrache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurențiu Zdrelea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Braseu's Tiberiu Lepuș in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chiciura CSS's goalie prevented a goal. Pavel Purcaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Manole Dumitrache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tudor Cutieru kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, Flavius Ciociu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Laurențiu Zdrelea was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Flavius Ciociu struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Laurențiu Zdrelea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Braseu. After a rather tough play, Chiciura CSS's Ovidiu Ionaș got a free kick in the 85th minute. Laurențiu Zdrelea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasile Calini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manole Dumitrache took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Laurențiu Zdrelea. Laurențiu Zdrelea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Laurențiu Zdrelea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavius Ciociu in the 91st minute of play. When Braseu's Tiberiu Lepuș in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chiciura CSS's goalie prevented a goal. Manole Dumitrache struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Laurențiu Zdrelea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Braseu. When Pavel Purcaru came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Braseu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pavel Purcaru couldn't finish the play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Braseu had played much better football throughout.
