In the 9th minute Manole Dumitrache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manole Balint saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manole Balint showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiberiu Lepuș in the 10th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Tiberiu Lepuș's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manole Balint was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Tiberiu Lepuș's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manole Balint was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. If Tiberiu Lepuș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manole Dumitrache was the one to do the kick off. When Sandu Trişcu fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DRK's protests and gave Sandu Trişcu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th minute, Sandu Trişcu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristide Poplăcan in the 58th minute of play forced DRK's goalkeeper Manole Balint to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorin Mangra in the 60th minute of play forced Braseu's goalkeeper Horea Socoriceanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. This resulted in a 0-1 score and a disappointed Manole Balint as he didn't even see the shot coming. 71 minutes into the game, Octavian Amânaloae was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Braseu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DRK the free kick. Octavian Amânaloae kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Aristide Poplăcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Manole Balint tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the game, Gabriel Ioneasa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DRK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Braseu the free kick. The supporters of Braseu booed when DRK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Ioneasa didn't get a good kick on the ball. During the 88th minute of the match Sandu Trişcu completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Sandu Trişcu a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game.
