Spectators: 7565 (Terracing: 5675, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 151) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Isac Cristian took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 played minutes Brestelnic got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Tătaru. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 5th minute of the game. One of Brestelnic:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Dumbrava:s goal. 9 minutes into the match, Dumbrava's goal looked a bit too open when Tudor Iftimescu came free, but Constantin Moscu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Dumbrava booed when Brestelnic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelian Barbălată didn't get a good kick on the ball. Petru Caramitru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihail Condrea, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute, Mihail Condrea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dumbrava fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 21st minute of the match Iustin Lovin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Petru Caramitru showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 23rd match minute, Dumbrava was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isac Cristian to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Brestelnic's goalkeeper Petru Caramitru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 31st minute, Lucian Verzeanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tudor Iftimescu in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Constantin Moscu saved Dumbrava from getting behind. In the 39th match minute, Brestelnic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Zăvoiu to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute, Mihail Condrea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Petru Caramitru was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After 43 played minutes Dumbrava got a freekick which was hit by Octav Nicodim. If Isac Cristian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Isac Cristian put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Petru Caramitru. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Mihail Condrea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Petru Caramitru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Constantin Moscu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tudor Iftimescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 60thth minute of the game Isac Cristian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brestelnic's Petru Caramitru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cristian Marinescu kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Tudor Iftimescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 73 minutes into the game, Lucian Verzeanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brestelnic's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dumbrava the free kick. In the 73rd match minute, Brestelnic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucian Verzeanu to maneuver through the defense. Isac Cristian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petru Caramitru having to interfere. Petru Caramitru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isac Cristian in the 77th minute of the match. Petru Caramitru came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Dumbrava's Isac Cristian. But to his dismay, Isac Cristian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. If Isac Cristian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mihail Condrea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, Petru Caramitru successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Constantin Moscu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tudor Iftimescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Mihail Condrea succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-7 in the 96th playminute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Dumbrava walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
