The supporters of MiaSanMia booed when SEVERIN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Dăianu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cornel Cudalb took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marius Comănescu. SEVERIN's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. MiaSanMia had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
