Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Paul Stejaru took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Otomani booed when Fitod was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vali Lăzărescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nechifor Baldovinescu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ioan Nicolcioiu. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tudor Turcan in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adam Teodor saved Otomani from getting behind. After 8 minutes, Felix Stârcea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fitod and the Otomani players grew even worse after the yellow card. Felix Stârcea hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After having played for 9 minutes, Cosmin Dinescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Otomani's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cosmin Dinescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Otomani's Adam Teodor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paul Stejaru in the 12th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Otomani's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Miclovan came free, but Adam Teodor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mugur Albuț had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adam Teodor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Stejaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adam Teodor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tudor Turcan in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Tudor Turcan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Teodor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 38 played minutes Fitod got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Miclovan. Paul Stejaru took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adam Teodor. Adam Teodor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mugur Albuț to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Tudor Turcan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Adam Teodor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Otomani's Olimpiu Elian got a free kick in the 54th minute. 57 minutes into the game, Adrian Miclovan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fitod's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Otomani the free kick. Adrian Miclovan kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Adam Teodor was a little too slow when Tudor Turcan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-4. If Alex Troncotă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Eugen Novăceanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Alex Troncotă came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Otomani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alex Troncotă couldn't finish the play. 79 minutes into the match, Otomani's goal looked a bit too open when Paul Stejaru came free, but Adam Teodor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adam Teodor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tudor Turcan in the 82nd minute. Fitod's Mihăiţă Moldovan got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tudor Turcan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Adam Teodor made a huge save. Felix Stârcea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Adam Teodor made a huge save. Cosmin Dinescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Otomani's Adam Teodor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Otomani from getting a goal against them. Adam Teodor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paul Stejaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Tudor Turcan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adam Teodor. Otomani's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tudor Turcan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5.
