Petru Diaconu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ovidiu Moldovan struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Petru Diaconu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calugarita. If Isac Voinescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gavril Guguianu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Calugarita's Mugurel Murgoci got control of the ball when Bogdan Brânzaru tried to sneak it across the goal line. Petru Diaconu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pavel Frumușanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Petru Diaconu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucian Cismarescu in the 29th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the game, Calugarita's Pavel Frumușanu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Petru Diaconu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The Calugarita fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Calugarita's Lucian Cismarescu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Pavel Frumușanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Petru Diaconu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Petru Diaconu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pavel Frumușanu in the 41st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Avramdancu FC's Fabian Zeciu got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 43rd minute Calugarita were awarded a corner. Isac Voinescu went to the cornerflag to take it. After some careless play in the Avramdancu FC defense, Isac Voinescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Petru Diaconu. The Avramdancu FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petru Diaconu should have stopped the shot. When Calugarita's Pavel Frumușanu in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Avramdancu FC's goalie prevented a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isac Voinescu to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Calugarita booed when Avramdancu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Zeciu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ovidiu Moldovan's late challenge caught a Avramdancu FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ovidiu Moldovan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd minute, Ovidiu Moldovan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 53rd minute of the match Leonard Bara sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mugurel Murgoci skillfully saved the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Avramdancu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isac Voinescu came free, but Petru Diaconu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Avramdancu FC's Petru Diaconu got control of the ball when Lucian Cismarescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Lucian Cismarescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Calugarita's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucian Cismarescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petru Diaconu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Petru Diaconu was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and Pavel Frumușanu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pavel Frumușanu really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. A collision led to Calugarita getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Lucian Cismarescu hit a great ball. Radu Plop fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mugurel Murgoci having to interfere. Iordache Taşcău kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Calugarita's goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Brânzaru came free, but Mugurel Murgoci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Avramdancu FC's goalkeeper Petru Diaconu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pavel Frumușanu. The Avramdancu FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Calugarita were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
