Dan Macovescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Mandache in the 19th minute of the match. Emanuel Bărănescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidiu Berca having to interfere. FC Dinamo's Ovidiu Berca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save FC Dinamo from getting a goal against them. Augustin Zgârcu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ovidiu Berca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dacian Văcaru in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dan Macovescu saved Rafinăria Dărmănești from getting behind. A collision led to Rafinăria Dărmănești getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Isac Popa hit a great ball. After 46 played minutes Rafinăria Dărmănești got a freekick which was hit by Dumitru Văcărescu. Vintilă Ţirpe didn't quite understand what happened when in the 48 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet.

Ovidiu Berca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Bărănescu in the 63rd minute of the match. The supporters of FC Dinamo booed when Rafinăria Dărmănești was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dumitru Văcărescu didn't get a good kick on the ball.
