After a rather tough play, Utd Galati's Andrei Iftimescu got a free kick in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcu Nicopol in the 16th minute of play forced Utd Galati's goalkeeper Sever Doloman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, Sandu Hizo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Flavius Țepelea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandu Hizo in the 19th minute of play. Utd Galati's Sever Doloman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Utd Galati from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Barsanesti's Sabin Cozaru slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sever Doloman. That made the score 3-0 after 23 minutes of play. Utd Galati's Sever Doloman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Utd Galati from getting a goal against them. The wind increased when Sandu Hizo made the kick off in the second half. Sever Doloman came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Barsanesti's Sabin Cozaru. But to his dismay, Sabin Cozaru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. When Marcu Nicopol came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Barsanesti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcu Nicopol couldn't finish the play. Sever Doloman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcu Nicopol in the 65th minute of the match. A collision led to Barsanesti getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Emanuel Stratulat hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Barsanesti's zone, Sandu Hizo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavius Țepelea came out of the goal and Sandu Hizo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gabriel Cerghizan made in the 72nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Marcu Nicopol immediately put the ball in play. Andrei Iftimescu hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Sever Doloman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcu Nicopol's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Filip Dragota managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barsanesti's supporters rose to their feet, but Filip Dragota was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sever Doloman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Filip Dragota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Sever Doloman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martin Udup hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Utd Galati's Nicodim Abraham got a free kick in the 88th minute. Marcu Nicopol scored 5-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sever Doloman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Barsanesti had played much better football throughout.
