Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Codruț Dima started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ionică Homeag kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Codruț Dima in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Augustin Sasu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edgar Cordescu struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Grigore Nenițescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corsorul. Paul Dedu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Corsorul booed when Granari was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Zbârlea didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Corsorul's goal looked a bit too open when Cezar Lung came free, but Augustin Sasu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionică Homeag in the 25th minute of play forced Granari's goalkeeper Grigore Nenițescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Corsorul's Paul Dedu got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute Codruț Dima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augustin Sasu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paul Dedu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Edgar Cordescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grigore Nenițescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paul Dedu's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Paul Dedu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 39th minute. Corsorul's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Paul Dedu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paul Dedu got free with Grigore Nenițescu in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edgar Cordescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Grigore Nenițescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Andrei Uncescu's late challenge caught a Corsorul's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Codruț Dima in the 61st minute of play forced Corsorul's goalkeeper Augustin Sasu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paul Dedu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grigore Nenițescu having to interfere. Augustin Sasu had great luck who in the 68thth minute grab hold of the ball when Codruț Dima from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Corsorul's Edgar Cordescu got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Grigore Nenițescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Dedu in the 74th minute of the match. Denis Zbârlea's late challenge caught a Corsorul's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Denis Zbârlea helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Granari's Denis Zbârlea got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 76thth minute of the game Paul Dedu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Granari's Grigore Nenițescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Grigore Nenițescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Cordescu in the 85th minute of the match. Paul Dedu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grigore Nenițescu having to interfere. When Corsorul's Edgar Cordescu in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Granari's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Granari's zone, Edgar Cordescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Grigore Nenițescu came out of the goal and Edgar Cordescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the Corsorul players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
