Gabriel Huștea started the match with the kick off. Cara FC's Ernest Hurezeanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Codruț Iuonaș in the 6th minute of play. Ernest Hurezeanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Codruț Iuonaș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mielusei's Codruț Iuonaș in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cara FC's goalie prevented a goal. Viorel Otețea's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Roberto Albizua skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Roberto Albizua made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Huștea in the 16th minute of play. Gabriel Huștea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Roberto Albizua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Cara FC's zone, Melik Adanır stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ernest Hurezeanu came out of the goal and Melik Adanır tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ernest Hurezeanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Codruț Iuonaș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, Melik Adanır had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ernest Hurezeanu. Cara FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Melik Adanır was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. With a little luck, Mielusei's Roberto Albizua got control of the ball when Viorel Otețea tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Mielusei booed when Cara FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Huștea didn't get a good kick on the ball. 0-2 became the score in the 35th minute when Melik Adanır elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Codruț Iuonaș in the 40th minute of play forced Cara FC's goalkeeper Ernest Hurezeanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mielusei's Manole Pipirig got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Cristinel Antipa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mielusei's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristinel Antipa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernest Hurezeanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Melik Adanır sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Mielusei were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Melik Adanır to strike the kick off in the second half. Gabriel Huștea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Albizua having to interfere. Codruț Iuonaș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernest Hurezeanu having to interfere. A collision led to Cara FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Gabriel Huștea hit a great ball. Cara FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Melik Adanır 62 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. 69 minutes into the match, Cara FC's goal looked a bit too open when Melik Adanır came free, but Ernest Hurezeanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Mielusei getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Manole Geamănu hit a great ball. Roberto Albizua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viorel Otețea, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 0-4 became the score in the 79th minute when Codruț Iuonaș elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Mielusei were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Cara FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Călin Mihalcea took the corner. The corner ended in Călin Mihalcea almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cara FC's Ernest Hurezeanu did a great save. Ernest Hurezeanu was a little too slow when Codruț Iuonaș got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 2-5. Mielusei played a much better game than Cara FC and deserved their victory. The Cara FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
