Fabian Zamfira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihai Dobrescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Laurențiu Elian blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabian Zamfira having to make a save. Nicu Tâlvescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorin Taşcu having to interfere. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind No Name Team Baia Mare's goalkeeper Fabian Zamfira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Daniel Voica fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC VULCANUL BARZOTENI's protests and gave Daniel Voica a yellow card for diving instead. No Name Team Baia Mare's Sebastian Ilieș couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 40th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC VULCANUL BARZOTENI. In the 44th minute, Laurențiu Elian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabian Zamfira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After the first half FC VULCANUL BARZOTENI were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laurențiu Elian to make the kick off. If Nicu Tâlvescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No Name Team Baia Mare's Fabian Zamfira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save No Name Team Baia Mare from getting a goal against them. After having played for 57 minutes, Nicu Tâlvescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. No Name Team Baia Mare's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicu Tâlvescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabian Zamfira was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Mihai Dobrescu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mihai Dobrescu really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicu Tâlvescu in the 75th minute of play forced FC VULCANUL BARZOTENI's goalkeeper Dorin Taşcu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the match, No Name Team Baia Mare's goalkeeper Fabian Zamfira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mihai Dobrescu. After a rather tough play, No Name Team Baia Mare's Flavius Vernescu got a free kick in the 77th minute. Laurențiu Elian struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Fabian Zamfira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC VULCANUL BARZOTENI. In the 90th minute, Laurențiu Elian reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fabian Zamfira. The goal made the score 0-4. In the 94th minute, Laurențiu Elian left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC VULCANUL BARZOTENI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. FC VULCANUL BARZOTENI's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
