With an extended leg and a bit of luck Basarab Aursulesei prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Basarab Aursulesei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maxim Fetea's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. Iustin Bărnuțiu hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Basarab Aursulesei came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Cehetel's Maxim Fetea. But to his dismay, Maxim Fetea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Maxim Fetea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, Florin Neacșu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maxim Fetea struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Basarab Aursulesei didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cehetel. After a rather tough play, Liverpool FC's Dumitru Chiriacescu got a free kick in the 29th minute. After having played for 30 minutes, Dumitru Bosioc managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cehetel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dumitru Bosioc was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dumitru Bosioc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basarab Aursulesei having to interfere. Cehetel's Maxim Fetea got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 40th minute Dumitru Bosioc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basarab Aursulesei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the game, Codruț Encea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Liverpool FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cehetel the free kick. If Dumitru Bosioc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 45 minutes, Maxim Fetea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marian Benga to strike the kick off in the second half. Basarab Aursulesei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dumitru Bosioc in the 51st minute of play. If Dumitru Bosioc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Cehetel booed when Liverpool FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Codruț Encea didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute, Maxim Fetea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 63rd minute of the match Iustin Pomuț shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Basarab Aursulesei showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nistor Vernescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Valentin Danciu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dumitru Chiriacescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute, Maxim Fetea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cehetel fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. A collision led to Liverpool FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Daniel Mustață hit a great ball. If Dumitru Bosioc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Maxim Fetea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Basarab Aursulesei having to make a save. Maxim Fetea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basarab Aursulesei having to interfere. Basarab Aursulesei made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Maxim Fetea sent off a good shot on target. Liverpool FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dumitru Bosioc 96 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. When the final whistle sounded Cehetel left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Liverpool FC.
