Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Iacob Petruescu charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iacob Petruescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Cirligi CF booed when Borsanii was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iacob Petruescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Borsanii's Paul Dărmănescu got control of the ball when Iulian Corbeanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 5th match minute, Cirligi CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidiu Buzincu to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the game, Victor Pârlog was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cirligi CF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Borsanii the free kick. In the 8th match minute, Cirligi CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Pârlog to maneuver through the defense. Aurelian Tadici recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Cirligi CF getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Ovidiu Buzincu hit a great ball. Aurelian Tadici sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrei Crușeveanu in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horea Dumitru saved Cirligi CF from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andrei Crușeveanu in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horea Dumitru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Petrică Ungheanu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paul Dărmănescu. That made the score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. Nae Ticulescu hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. During the 21st minute of the match Victor Pârlog completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Victor Pârlog a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Victor Pârlog kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. If Aurelian Tadici had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 34 played minutes Cirligi CF got a freekick which was hit by Petrică Ungheanu. In the 35th minute, Ovidiu Buzincu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iustinian Băieșu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 36th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 39th minute, Aurelian Tadici ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Horea Dumitru was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The supporters of Cirligi CF booed when Borsanii was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nae Ticulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. A long shot from Stelian Rânceanu in the 44th minute of play was well struck, but Paul Dărmănescu made a really good save at the right post. In the 46th minute, Stelian Rânceanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andrei Crușeveanu to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Borsanii's Iustinian Băieșu got a free kick in the 55th minute. Nechifor Morar hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Iustinian Băieșu, 58 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Andrei Crușeveanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Horea Dumitru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petrică Ungheanu in the 69th minute of play forced Borsanii's goalkeeper Paul Dărmănescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iulian Corbeanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Aurelian Tadici notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Cirligi CF's Horea Dumitru. Horea Dumitru was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Paul Dărmănescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iulian Corbeanu in the 80th minute of play. After having played for 86 minutes, Aurelian Tadici managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Borsanii's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aurelian Tadici was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Cirligi CF getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Petrică Ungheanu hit a great ball. Borsanii's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
