Spectators: 7504 (Terracing: 5629, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) Borsanii's Andrei Crușeveanu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Borsanii's Paul Dărmănescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costin Milcoveanu in the 3rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Craidorolt UFC's zone, Andrei Crușeveanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aron Răduț came out of the goal and Andrei Crușeveanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aron Răduț showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelian Tadici, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After having played for 13 minutes, Augustin Blaj managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Craidorolt UFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augustin Blaj was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 14th match minute, Borsanii was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iacob Petruescu to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Craidorolt UFC booed when Borsanii was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nae Ticulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Augustin Blaj could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Paul Dărmănescu however easily saved by the left post. Aron Răduț took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelian Tadici, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aron Răduț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelian Tadici in the 23rd minute of the match. Aron Răduț showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelian Tadici, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrei Crușeveanu in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aron Răduț saved Craidorolt UFC from getting behind. Aron Răduț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iacob Petruescu in the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute Andrei Crușeveanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aron Răduț saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aurelian Tadici fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aron Răduț having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aurelian Tadici in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aron Răduț prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Borsanii's Paul Dărmănescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Borsanii from getting a goal against them. Andrei Crușeveanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aron Răduț having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Costin Milcoveanu to make the kick off. Andrei Crușeveanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Andrei Crușeveanu came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Borsanii fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrei Crușeveanu couldn't finish the play. Tudor Văidianu hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrei Crușeveanu in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aron Răduț saved Craidorolt UFC from getting behind. Bogdan Manolescu charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bogdan Manolescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Iustinian Băieșu placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After 85 played minutes Craidorolt UFC got a freekick which was hit by Codrin Mazăre. If Andrei Crușeveanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Aurelian Tadici had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 98 minutes into the match, Craidorolt UFC's goalkeeper Aron Răduț had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aurelian Tadici. Borsanii were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
