Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 9th minute, Nichifor Muntean ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remus Oniga was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Nichifor Muntean hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Nicodim Vătafu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nichifor Muntean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Remus Oniga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Gică Boldișor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denis Cartianu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Ionel Moscu made a huge save. Nichifor Muntean fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remus Oniga having to interfere. Vlasinesti AFC's Panait Floroiu got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ionel Moscu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabin Diaconescu in the 36th minute of play. With his leg Ionel Moscu managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when BORSA -MM-'s Denis Cartianu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Vlasinesti AFC's Ionel Moscu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Vlasinesti AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd minute, Nicodim Vătafu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Vlasinesti AFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicodim Movileanu was the one to do the kick off. Nicodim Vătafu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Remus Oniga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ionel Moscu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicodim Movileanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Ferdinand Cutieru was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 62 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute there was a penalty for BORSA -MM-. Gică Boldișor stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ionel Moscu. 1-2. 74 minutes into the match, Stelian Chirea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ionel Moscu. Vlasinesti AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stelian Chirea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 80th minute Nicodim Movileanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ionel Moscu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodor Dragoș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stelian Chirea kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in BORSA -MM-'s zone, Nicodim Vătafu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remus Oniga came out of the goal and Nicodim Vătafu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vlasinesti AFC's Ionel Moscu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Cartianu in the 88th minute of play. Nicodim Vătafu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Remus Oniga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 94 played minutes BORSA -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Nicodim Movileanu. Remus Oniga was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ionel Capisizu. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ionică Mailat during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 97th match minute, BORSA -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ionică Mailat to maneuver through the defense. Ionel Moscu came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by BORSA -MM-'s Nicodim Movileanu. But to his dismay, Nicodim Movileanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, BORSA -MM- could leave the field as winners, despite Vlasinesti AFC having more of the ball for most of the match.
