Eusebiu Mironov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. AS Roma-BTF's Eusebiu Mironov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ilie Manciulescu in the 82nd minute of play. Cristian Hojbota struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Ştefan Goiceanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AS Roma-BTF. Szatmar's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Augustin Praporgescu scored to the left of an out of position Ştefan Goiceanu, making the score, 0-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. AS Roma-BTF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
