An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Robert Vlădean got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 91 minutes, Ionică Gurzău managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Milan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ionică Gurzău was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cazimir Hulubei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Vlădean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Doklin FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than AC Milan throughout the match.
