In the 3rd minute Iustin Glăvan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moise Fulga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 6 minutes of play, P.S.C. JAX PASCANI's Martin Zburlea made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Moise Fulga was left in no man's land by his defense there! 9 minutes into the game, Stelian Ivașcu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ELCID METAL CT's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave P.S.C. JAX PASCANI the free kick. Moise Fulga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iustin Glăvan in the 11th minute of play. After 14 minutes, Sorin Bălanescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the P.S.C. JAX PASCANI and the ELCID METAL CT players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to P.S.C. JAX PASCANI getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. When Horia Tudose fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored P.S.C. JAX PASCANI's protests and gave Horia Tudose a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, P.S.C. JAX PASCANI's Horia Tudose got a free kick in the 15th minute. A very good chance. Alexandru Zăvoianu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezar Ogășanu in the 33rd minute of play. If Cezar Ogășanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexandru Zăvoianu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezar Ogășanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to ELCID METAL CT getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Mircea Gogu hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, P.S.C. JAX PASCANI's Horia Tudose got a free kick in the 48th minute. In the 50th minute Cezar Ogășanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandru Zăvoianu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cezar Ogășanu to make the kick off. After 53 minutes, Costel Ciocâltea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ELCID METAL CT and the P.S.C. JAX PASCANI players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 54th minute, Daniel Drâmbă got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Moise Fulga came out of the goal and Martin Zburlea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 74th minute, Cezar Ogășanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexandru Zăvoianu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Iosif Elefteriu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ELCID METAL CT's Moise Fulga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save ELCID METAL CT from getting a goal against them. After having played for 87 minutes, Flavius Tiberiu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. P.S.C. JAX PASCANI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavius Tiberiu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Flavius Tiberiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. P.S.C. JAX PASCANI played a much better game than ELCID METAL CT and deserved their victory. The ELCID METAL CT players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
