Spectators: 7403 (Terracing: 5613, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 70) REBCOS's Tudor Ciulei started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute, Panait Pupăzan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nae Omescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Nae Omescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silviu Aldulea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silviu Aldulea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vintilă Vulcan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th minute, Silviu Aldulea made a precise shot to the right of Nae Omescu. REBCOS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Panait Pupăzan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30thth minute of the game Panait Pupăzan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but REBCOS's Nae Omescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tribul Galatii's Panait Pupăzan got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Silviu Aldulea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tribul Galatii's supporters rose to their feet, but Silviu Aldulea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nae Omescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. REBCOS's Nae Omescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panait Pupăzan in the 37th minute of play. Panait Pupăzan struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Nae Omescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tribul Galatii. Panait Pupăzan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silviu Aldulea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Panait Pupăzan made a kick off. Panait Pupăzan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nae Omescu having to interfere. A collision led to Tribul Galatii getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Silviu Aldulea hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silviu Aldulea in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nae Omescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Panait Pupăzan in the 72nd play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Nae Omescu kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-4 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. After a rather tough play, REBCOS's David Cârstoiu got a free kick in the 76th minute. Silviu Aldulea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nae Omescu having to interfere. When Panait Pupăzan came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Tribul Galatii fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Panait Pupăzan couldn't finish the play. Ionică Buceceanu kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. David Cârstoiu hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Tribul Galatii's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
