Radu Hănescu kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Viorel Stroe made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Ciprian Constantinescu sent off a good shot on target. Constantin Corvin took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Avram Ioviță. Avram Ioviță dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Lupeni FCM's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
