Spectators: 7533 (Terracing: 5651, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Panait Pupăzan kicked off to start the match. Tribul Galatii's Panait Pupăzan got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Cornel Dănănae fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SCORPIONII's protests and gave Cornel Dănănae a yellow card for diving instead. Cornel Dănănae kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Cornel Dănănae kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cazimir Buzatu. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. Liviu Zbârlea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silviu Aldulea in the 19th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, SCORPIONII's goal looked a bit too open when Panait Pupăzan came free, but Liviu Zbârlea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silviu Aldulea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Tribul Galatii's Silviu Aldulea in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 38th minute, one of SCORPIONII:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SCORPIONII. In the 39th minute there was a penalty for Tribul Galatii. Vintilă Vulcan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Liviu Zbârlea. 1-1. In the 45th minute Silviu Aldulea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liviu Zbârlea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Panait Pupăzan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Isac Dobrițoiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cazimir Buzatu having to interfere. In the 53rd minute, Tribul Galatii's Silviu Aldulea ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Liviu Zbârlea. Liviu Zbârlea yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Cornel Dănănae sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. In the 74th minute, Silviu Aldulea made a precise shot to the right of Liviu Zbârlea. SCORPIONII's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After having played for 80 minutes, Panait Pupăzan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tribul Galatii's supporters crossed their fingers, but Panait Pupăzan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Isac Dobrițoiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Panait Pupăzan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silviu Aldulea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liviu Zbârlea having to interfere.
