Eusebiu Oncescus short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Damian Stănciulaş to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When FC DEIS -MM-'s Augustin Carabulea in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC. ZALAU's goalie prevented a goal. Petrică Necșulescu hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Damian Stănciulaş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustin Carabulea, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Isac Neculce kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ion Staicu got free with Damian Stănciulaş in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th match minute, FC. ZALAU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petrică Necșulescu to maneuver through the defense. Eusebiu Oncescu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Damian Stănciulaş skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 43rd minute, Isac Neculce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damian Stănciulaş acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 44th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ion Staicu. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eusebiu Oncescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Augustin Carabulea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Damian Stănciulaş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC. ZALAU's Damian Stănciulaş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebiu Oncescu in the 57th minute of play. Damian Stănciulaş came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by FC DEIS -MM-'s Augustin Carabulea. But to his dismay, Augustin Carabulea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Eusebiu Oncescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flavius Morovan hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augustin Carabulea in the 74th minute of play forced FC. ZALAU's goalkeeper Damian Stănciulaş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damian Stănciulaş didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Augustin Carabulea went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Fabian Moarcăș recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 84 minutes, Eusebiu Oncescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC DEIS -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusebiu Oncescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Damian Stănciulaş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augustin Carabulea in the 85th minute of play. If Eusebiu Oncescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of FC DEIS -MM- booed when FC. ZALAU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petrică Necșulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC. ZALAU's Damian Stănciulaş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebiu Oncescu in the 91st minute of play. After 92 played minutes FC. ZALAU got a freekick which was hit by Flavius Morovan. In the 95thth minute of the game Eusebiu Oncescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC. ZALAU's Damian Stănciulaş was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adrian Aelenei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the FC DEIS -MM- players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
