Codruț Bistreanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grigore Lăcătuș having to interfere. Grigore Lăcătuș came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Otetelisul's Martin Enceanu. But to his dismay, Martin Enceanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cazimir Iorga made a kick off. Sergiu Vaştag showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cazimir Iorga, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 60th minute, Nechifor Coman made a precise shot to the right of Grigore Lăcătuș. Poju's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. After a rather tough play, Poju's Mihăiţă Ghiondea got a free kick in the 83rd minute.
