Spectators: 7331 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 100) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Claudiu Nacu made the kick off which started today's match. Claudiu Nacu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 4thth minute tested the skills of Gheorghe Teodorescu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Petelea's Ion Caramitru got a free kick in the 12th minute. Cornel Hațegan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcu Niculiță, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th match minute, Petelea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gheorghe Vintilă to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigi Buculeasa in the 19th minute of play forced Petelea's goalkeeper Cornel Hațegan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silviu Slavici recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th minute, Silviu Slavici fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 26 minutes in the game, Silviu Slavici fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Gheorghe Teodorescu having to interfere. Cornel Hațegan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gigi Buculeasa in the 31st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claudiu Nacu in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gheorghe Teodorescu saved F.C.NAZNACHENIYA from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudiu Nacu in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gheorghe Teodorescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 35 minutes into the game, Petelea's Silviu Slavici nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gheorghe Teodorescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Gheorghe Teodorescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudiu Nacu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Claudiu Nacu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Emanuel Gheban scored 2-0 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gheorghe Teodorescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gigi Buculeasa made a kick off. Silviu Slavici received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Gheorghe Teodorescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigi Buculeasa in the 56th minute of play forced Petelea's goalkeeper Cornel Hațegan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, F.C.NAZNACHENIYA's Ionică Lăzărescu got a free kick in the 60th minute. The supporters of Petelea booed when F.C.NAZNACHENIYA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ionică Lăzărescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. F.C.NAZNACHENIYA's Gheorghe Teodorescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silviu Slavici in the 66th minute of play. The supporters of F.C.NAZNACHENIYA booed when Petelea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nechifor Urdeş didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cornel Hațegan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gigi Buculeasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 84 minutes, Claudiu Nacu made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. F.C.NAZNACHENIYA's Gheorghe Teodorescu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
