Cosmin Jușcă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mugurel Grigoroiu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eliodor Tolea went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Cosmin Jușcă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Mugurel Grigoroiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dragoş Nicopol kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Roland Zbikowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petre Apostu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, Cezar Șeicaru notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Cioroboreni's Mugurel Grigoroiu. Mugurel Grigoroiu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Cosmin Jușcă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliodor Tolea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mugurel Grigoroiu having to interfere. In the 45th minute Cosmin Jușcă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mugurel Grigoroiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fratia FC's Mihăiţă Gaiță quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Aristide Durbac, made in the 47th minute of the game.

In the 51st minute, Cazimir Agachi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cioroboreni fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After 54 played minutes Cioroboreni got a freekick which was hit by Aristide Durbac. Eliodor Tolea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Mugurel Grigoroiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mugurel Grigoroiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dragoş Nicopol in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Marcu Pantea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the match, Fratia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Petre Apostu came free, but Roland Zbikowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 75 played minutes Cioroboreni got a freekick which was hit by Marcu Pantea. Cosmin Jușcă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mugurel Grigoroiu having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cosmin Jușcă got free with Mugurel Grigoroiu in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cezar Șeicaru might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mugurel Grigoroiu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cezar Șeicaru ran back to his position shaking his head. Fratia FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
