Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tiberiu Barbăneagră charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tiberiu Barbăneagră the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gică Teleagă placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! If Mihai Orădan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Oltenasii's Gavril Drogoreanu got a free kick in the 9th minute. Davidestii's Tiberiu Barbăneagră got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. George Nasta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Mihail Mincă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Diculescu took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cazimir Gheară. Cazimir Gheară dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 29 minutes into the match, Davidestii's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Dică came free, but Mihail Mincă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th match minute, Davidestii was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornel Scorţea to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute, Davidestii's Dragoş Stoicănescu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cazimir Gheară. Cazimir Gheară yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. 44 minutes into the match, Oltenasii's goalkeeper Cazimir Gheară had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manuel Diculescu. 47 minutes into the match, Ivan Dică notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Davidestii's Mihail Mincă. Mihail Mincă was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Florin Petculescu was the one to do the kick off. Manuel Diculescu took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cazimir Gheară. Cazimir Gheară dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 61st minute Manuel Diculescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cazimir Gheară saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Davidestii's Mihail Mincă got control of the ball when Mihai Orădan tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 65 played minutes Davidestii got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Diculescu. In the 68th minute, Manuel Diculescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute Dragoş Stoicănescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cazimir Gheară saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Dragoş Stoicănescu made a precise shot to the right of Cazimir Gheară. Oltenasii's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Diculescu in the 76th minute of play forced Oltenasii's goalkeeper Cazimir Gheară to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Davidestii's Cornel Scorţea got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Davidestii's Mihail Mincă proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Davidestii from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Davidestii's Florin Petculescu got a free kick in the 85th minute. If Ivan Dică had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Mihail Mincă managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when Oltenasii's Mihai Orădan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Davidestii getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Cornel Scorţea hit a great ball. Cazimir Gheară showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Diculescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Davidestii were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Oltenasii for a fine match.
