Oltenasii's supporters rose to their feet, but Gigel Teişanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mihai Orădan couldn't finish the play. After 8 minutes, Laurențiu Cârstoiu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC.Bombers and the Oltenasii players grew even worse after the yellow card. Laurențiu Cârstoiu kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. George Nasta charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed George Nasta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cazimir Gheară made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Calistrat Buzescu sent off a good shot on target. Oltenasii's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Basarab Avădanei scored to the left of an out of position Cazimir Gheară, making the score, 1-0. Cazimir Gheară made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marin Simionică in the 20th minute of play. Oltenasii's Ivan Dică got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oltenasii's Cazimir Gheară proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Oltenasii from getting a goal against them. In the 31st minute Ivan Dică shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Bârsan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Albert Bârsan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Albert Bârsan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. 80 minutes into the match, Oltenasii's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Balint came free, but Cazimir Gheară reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivan Dică received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Albert Bârsan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cazimir Gheară showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basarab Avădanei in the 90th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Oltenasii's Gigel Teişanu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gigel Teişanu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Oltenasii protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gigel Teişanu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 93rd match minute, Oltenasii was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gigel Teişanu to maneuver through the defense. The FC.Bombers fans cheered their team off the field, for while Oltenasii had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
