Spectators: 7549 (Terracing: 5663, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gică Cândea kicked off to start the match. Romeo Ciorogaru struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Eusebiu Răzvan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ciao-Ciao. In the 8th minute of the match Adam Iorgulescu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sebastian Baldovin skillfully saved the ball. Gică Cândea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Sebastian Baldovin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gică Cândea in the 14th minute of play forced Ciao-Ciao's goalkeeper Sebastian Baldovin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ciao-Ciao's goalkeeper Sebastian Baldovin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Gică Cândea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sebastian Baldovin was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Blue Jays V55's zone, Romeo Ciorogaru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusebiu Răzvan came out of the goal and Romeo Ciorogaru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th minute Gigel Răduleț shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebiu Răzvan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Romeo Ciorogaru was the one to do the kick off. Sebastian Baldovin came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Blue Jays V55's Petru Uduleanu. But to his dismay, Petru Uduleanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Petru Uduleanu scored 2-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Baldovin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Petru Uduleanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Codrin Văduva kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After having played for 67 minutes, Petru Uduleanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blue Jays V55's supporters crossed their fingers, but Petru Uduleanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th match minute, Blue Jays V55 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgil Gănescu to maneuver through the defense. Romeo Ciorogaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Eusebiu Răzvan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gigel Răduleț had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romeo Ciorogaru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gică Cândea might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastian Baldovin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gică Cândea ran back to his position shaking his head. Sebastian Baldovin came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Blue Jays V55's Gică Cândea. But to his dismay, Gică Cândea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gigel Răduleț got free with Eusebiu Răzvan in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Constantin Beca hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Blue Jays V55 were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Ciao-Ciao's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adam Iorgulescu took the corner. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Virgil Gănescu advanced and headed the ball into goal, 4-0 in the 90th minute. 96 minutes into the game, Constantin Beca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ciao-Ciao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blue Jays V55 the free kick. After 99 minutes Ciao-Ciao's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Adam Iorgulescu who took care of the corner kick. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Blue Jays V55 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ciao-Ciao had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
