Spectators: 7495 (Terracing: 5622, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leontin Mitrofan started the match with the kick off. FC Rockstadt's Eliodor Deșliu got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 14 minutes, Luca Brumă managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DinamoStars's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luca Brumă was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leontin Mitrofan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th match minute, FC Rockstadt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dinu Vorniceanu to maneuver through the defense. Valer Enișteanu made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Eliodor Deșliu sent off a good shot on target. Nicu Țepeluș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valer Enișteanu having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mircea Gherasim during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of DinamoStars booed when FC Rockstadt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mircea Gherasim didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 30 played minutes FC Rockstadt got a freekick which was hit by Iulian Cioiu. When Leontin Mitrofan came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the DinamoStars fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leontin Mitrofan couldn't finish the play. Dacian Vrejiu struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Edgar Vătavu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DinamoStars. Edgar Vătavu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toader Fânaru in the 38th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eliodor Deșliu got free with Valer Enișteanu in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ovidiu Dobrin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Edgar Vătavu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Iulian Cioiu hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Leontin Mitrofan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Leontin Mitrofan took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Edgar Vătavu to make any attempt to save it. Ovidiu Dobrin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Edgar Vătavu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valer Enișteanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicu Țepeluș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Leontin Mitrofan came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the DinamoStars fans jumped to their feet. In the 76th minute Leontin Mitrofan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Vătavu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, DinamoStars's goal looked a bit too open when Eliodor Deșliu came free, but Valer Enișteanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dinu Vorniceanu hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Eliodor Deșliu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. DinamoStars's Valer Enișteanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliodor Deșliu in the 90th minute of play. If Nicu Țepeluș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
