Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tociloasa UFC's goalkeeper Toader Diculescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, Tociloasa UFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ion Zeciu came free, but Toader Diculescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Narcis Barbosu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Toader Diculescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute, one of Cricau:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cricau. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Narcis Barbosu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cricau's supporters rose to their feet, but Narcis Barbosu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Toader Diculescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emil Bobei in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Toader Diculescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 33 minutes into the match, Tociloasa UFC's goal looked a bit too open when Petruț Baldazar came free, but Toader Diculescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Octav Boc's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Toader Diculescu was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ion Zeciu in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Toader Diculescu saved Tociloasa UFC from getting behind. Emil Bobei might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Toader Diculescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emil Bobei ran back to his position shaking his head. If Gheorghe Nanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petruț Baldazar hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. If Gheorghe Nanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Iulian Buzescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tociloasa UFC's Toader Diculescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Tociloasa UFC from getting a goal against them. Cristi Scorţea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Mercea having to interfere. George Mercea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristi Scorţea in the 87th minute of the match. When Narcis Barbosu came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Cricau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Narcis Barbosu couldn't finish the play. Ioan Dăianu charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ioan Dăianu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Tociloasa UFC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Ioan Dăianu hit a great ball. Many of Cricau's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Cricau may have spent more time on the ball, but Tociloasa UFC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
