In the 28th minute Vintilă Drogoreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Costea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andrei Costea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After the first half Luminis were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ştefan Bărbuceanu was the one to do the kick off. Ştefan Bărbuceanu hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Ştefan Bărbuceanu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Andrei Costea. The goal made the score 0-4.
