Spectators: 7566 (Terracing: 5767, Seating: 1749, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 6th minute there was a penalty for Borussia Brasov. Marin Surugiu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Emilian Bivolaru. 0-1. Emilian Bivolaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Corneliu Nacu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Croft 1 booed when Borussia Brasov was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marin Surugiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 18 played minutes Borussia Brasov got a freekick which was hit by Francisc Şuplăcan. If Florin Răducu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 21 played minutes Croft 1 got a freekick which was hit by Cornel Finteșteanu. Borussia Brasov's Cristinel Ştefulescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florin Răducu in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Corneliu Nacu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Borussia Brasov's Francisc Şuplăcan suffered a concussion in the 27th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Emilian Bivolaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolae Bleoancă in the 29th minute of the match. Emilian Bivolaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolae Bleoancă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Croft 1's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Luca Nistorescu scored to the left of an out of position Emilian Bivolaru, making the score, 0-2. Nicolae Bleoancă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilian Bivolaru having to interfere. Florin Răducu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristinel Ştefulescu having to interfere. Borussia Brasov's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolae Bleoancă was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Luca Nistorescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Croft 1's goalkeeper Emilian Bivolaru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Nicolae Bleoancă managed to get in a good position for a shot. Borussia Brasov's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolae Bleoancă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilian Bivolaru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th minute, Cornel Demian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicolae Bleoancă could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Emilian Bivolaru made a huge save. Luca Nistorescu in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emilian Bivolaru, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 95th minute, Nicolae Bleoancă fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Emilian Bivolaru, passed just outside the right post. Borussia Brasov's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
