Dinu Niculescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mădălin Barbonța in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mădălin Barbonța in the 22nd minute of play forced MARITIME CLUB 2010's goalkeeper Dinu Niculescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the game, AFC PunisherS™'s Mădălin Barbonța nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dinu Niculescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Fabian Ciociu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Dinu Niculescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Codruț Bădiliță blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Costin Ignătoiu having to make a save. Dinu Niculescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mădălin Barbonța's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. 39 minutes into the match, MARITIME CLUB 2010's goal looked a bit too open when Mădălin Barbonța came free, but Dinu Niculescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 40 minutes MARITIME CLUB 2010's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mihnea Costea who took care of the corner kick. Mihnea Costea made a great header on AFC PunisherS™'s corner, it was just that MARITIME CLUB 2010's Dinu Niculescu managed to reach the ball for a save. Manole Stolnicu's late challenge caught a AFC PunisherS™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manole Stolnicu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st minute, Manole Stolnicu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabian Ciociu struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Dinu Niculescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC PunisherS™.

With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dinu Niculescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of MARITIME CLUB 2010 booed when AFC PunisherS™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isac Frunză didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sever Ţurcaş charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sever Ţurcaş the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th match minute, AFC PunisherS™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sever Ţurcaş to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the match, MARITIME CLUB 2010's Leonard Costeiantu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Costin Ignătoiu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mădălin Barbonța sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of AFC PunisherS™ booed when MARITIME CLUB 2010 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manole Stolnicu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Costin Ignătoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mihnea Donecea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the AFC PunisherS™ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for MARITIME CLUB 2010.
