After 16 played minutes Furnicosi CSM got a freekick which was hit by Esteve Nicholas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavian Pencu in the 22nd minute of play forced Furnicosi CSM's goalkeeper Codrin Lungu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Codrin Lungu made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Luca Puișoru sent off a good shot on target. TurboNewTeam's Dorel Gheorghiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Niculiță in the 25th minute of play. Codrin Lungu came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by TurboNewTeam's Octavian Pencu. But to his dismay, Octavian Pencu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paul Şandru during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 40 played minutes Furnicosi CSM got a freekick which was hit by Paul Şandru. Codrin Lungu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavian Pencu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 47 played minutes, TurboNewTeam's Albert Pantea shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Codrin Lungu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in TurboNewTeam reached it.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marian Blaga was the one to do the kick off. Pavel Șerbulea kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. 52 minutes into the match, Luca Puișoru notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Furnicosi CSM's Codrin Lungu. Codrin Lungu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dorel Gheorghiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pavel Șerbulea in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 70th minute Octavian Pencu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Codrin Lungu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of TurboNewTeam booed when Furnicosi CSM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavel Șerbulea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Esteve Nicholas kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 77th match minute, Furnicosi CSM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Şandru to maneuver through the defense. Codrin Lungu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marian Blaga went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. 88 minutes into the match, Furnicosi CSM's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Puișoru came free, but Codrin Lungu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Emanuel Niculiță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. TurboNewTeam's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
