Spectators: 7695 (Terracing: 5772, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 153) Sever Mihăileanu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. A collision led to FC Stiinta Corabia getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Pavel Neagoe hit a great ball. Dumitru Codin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 5th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 6th minute, Sever Mihăileanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 10 minutes into the match, Sever Mihăileanu notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Stiinta Corabia's Felix Agachi. Felix Agachi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sever Mihăileanu in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Felix Agachi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Sever Mihăileanu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felix Agachi was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Marcu Tofan came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Stiinta Corabia's Marin Tărbac. But to his dismay, Marin Tărbac quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 27th minute, Valeriu Dobrițoiu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sever Mihăileanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Agachi having to interfere. Felix Agachi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valeriu Dobrițoiu went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. FC Stiinta Corabia's Felix Agachi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valeriu Dobrițoiu in the 38th minute of play. Sever Mihăileanu scored 1-3 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felix Agachi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Felix Agachi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valeriu Dobrițoiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 46 minutes, Sever Mihăileanu made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. FC Stiinta Corabia's Felix Agachi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The wind increased when Andrei Caranfil made the kick off in the second half. Andrei Caranfil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcu Tofan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marin Tărbac in the 66th minute of the match. Marin Tărbac might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcu Tofan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marin Tărbac ran back to his position shaking his head. Mihai Arotăriței fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcu Tofan having to interfere. When Iacob Mitescu fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rachitis's protests and gave Iacob Mitescu a yellow card for diving instead. After 77 played minutes Rachitis got a freekick which was hit by Iacob Mitescu. After recieving a nice pass, FC Stiinta Corabia's Adrian Savin tried to score from far away in the 78th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Iacob Mitescu kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Eugen Vintilescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Felix Agachi made a huge save. In the 95th minute, Valeriu Dobrițoiu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The FC Stiinta Corabia fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rachitis were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
