Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Vali Lucan made the kick off and thus started the match. When Mihai Răducu came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Ruginoasa FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mihai Răducu couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anton Paulescu during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anton Paulescu kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Ciprian Potopea notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Karakoium's Dinu Buznea. Dinu Buznea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 18th minute, Ciprian Potopea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Anton Paulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Karakoium getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Fabian Baldu hit a great ball. Ruginoasa FC's Sever Tofan shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 27th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dinu Buznea but with some difficulty. Robert Mihuleac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Dinu Buznea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dinu Buznea made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Ciprian Potopea sent off a good shot on target. 44 minutes into the match, Karakoium's goal looked a bit too open when Mihai Răducu came free, but Dinu Buznea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciprian Potopea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karakoium's Dinu Buznea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihai Răducu in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mihai Răducu was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Mihai Răducu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ruginoasa FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 59th match minute, Ruginoasa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Mihuleac to maneuver through the defense. Karakoium's Emanuel Ghimpu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 60th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ruginoasa FC. When Ruginoasa FC's Ciprian Potopea in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Karakoium's goalie prevented a goal. Dinu Buznea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciprian Potopea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciprian Potopea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinu Buznea having to interfere. After 75 played minutes Ruginoasa FC got a freekick which was hit by Sever Tofan. If Vali Lucan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vali Lucan in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mihnea Aanuţei prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ciprian Potopea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinu Buznea having to interfere. Robert Mihuleac got his second yellow card in the match during the 91st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Ruginoasa FC's Robert Mihuleac got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Vali Lucan struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Mihnea Aanuţei didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karakoium. When the referee ended the match the Ruginoasa FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
