In the 21st minute, Martin Bulă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabian Anastasiu in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aristide Ciompec prevented the ball from getting in the gole. -PSC- UFC Dridu's Avram Iorda got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabian Anastasiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Avram Iorda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Dan Caranică had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, CSM ALEXANDRIA's Ovidiu Marina got a free kick in the 42nd minute. If Martin Bulă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dan Caranică was the one to do the kick off. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. -PSC- UFC Dridu's Aron Moșneanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Bulă in the 67th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Avram Iorda managed to get in a good position for a shot. -PSC- UFC Dridu's supporters rose to their feet, but Avram Iorda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aristide Ciompec breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to -PSC- UFC Dridu getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Emanuel Buda hit a great ball. When Martin Bulă came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the CSM ALEXANDRIA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Bulă couldn't finish the play. Martin Bulă blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aron Moșneanu having to make a save. When Avram Iorda came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the -PSC- UFC Dridu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Avram Iorda couldn't finish the play. 82 minutes into the game, Avram Iorda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. -PSC- UFC Dridu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CSM ALEXANDRIA the free kick. A collision led to -PSC- UFC Dridu getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Avram Iorda hit a great ball. Aristide Ciompec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Avram Iorda, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Martin Bulă charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martin Bulă the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Francisc Chiriacescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristide Ciompec having to interfere. Aristide Ciompec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Avram Iorda in the 92nd minute of the match. Dan Caranică received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Aron Moșneanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aristide Ciompec made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Fabian Anastasiu sent off a good shot on target. In the 97th minute, CSM ALEXANDRIA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Avram Iorda fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. -PSC- UFC Dridu walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
