With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aron Moșneanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dorel Aaxiniei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Aron Moșneanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Cosmin Nenițescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aron Moșneanu was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. In the 37th minute, Cosmin Nenițescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Varsand's Cosmin Nenițescu in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. One of Varsand:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of -PSC- UFC Dridu:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorel Aaxiniei in the 59th minute of play forced -PSC- UFC Dridu's goalkeeper Aron Moșneanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 60 played minutes -PSC- UFC Dridu got a freekick which was hit by Francisc Chiriacescu. In the 62nd minute of the match Varsand got a corner. -PSC- UFC Dridu's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cosmin Nenițescu ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 63rd minute, Francisc Chiriacescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francisc Chiriacescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. An unexpected shot in the 87th minute by Lucian Posteucă got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 89 minutes of play, Varsand's Lucian Posteucă made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aron Moșneanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Nechifor Vâtcă fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored -PSC- UFC Dridu's protests and gave Nechifor Vâtcă a yellow card for diving instead. Nechifor Vâtcă hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Lucian Posteucă could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Aron Moșneanu made a huge save.
