After 4 minutes of play, FC Brasov's Aron Miheș made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alin Mărăscu was left in no man's land by his defense there! 8 minutes into the game, Sandu Sitaru threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Brasov's Dumitru Stana quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a defensive mix-up in FC Ferrari's zone, Dumitru Stana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alin Mărăscu came out of the goal and Dumitru Stana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucero Yeste in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alin Mărăscu saved FC Ferrari from getting behind. Petru Budianu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augustin Chindriș in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucero Yeste in the 15th minute of play forced FC Ferrari's goalkeeper Alin Mărăscu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Petru Budianu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustin Chindriș, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Avram Tilincă in the 18th minute of play forced FC Brasov's goalkeeper Petru Budianu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led to FC Ferrari's Sandu Sitaru getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Alin Mărăscu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucero Yeste, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Lucero Yeste sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Petru Budianu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Avram Tilincă in the 44th minute of the match. Malcolm Johnston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Alin Mărăscu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alin Mărăscu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucero Yeste in the 47th minute of play. The FC Ferrari players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Brasov were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucero Yeste to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Malcolm Johnston fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Alin Mărăscu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucero Yeste in the 54th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Malcolm Johnston kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alin Mărăscu. That made the score 0-3 in the 55 minute of play. FC Brasov's Lucero Yeste was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 64th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 67th minute, Avram Tilincă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alin Mărăscu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucero Yeste in the 68th minute of play. Aron Miheș could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Alin Mărăscu made a huge save. Stelian Ispas made in the 71st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Tudor Plop. 72 minutes into the match, Lucero Yeste notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of FC Ferrari's Alin Mărăscu. Alin Mărăscu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Malcolm Johnston sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucero Yeste's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Alin Mărăscu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alin Mărăscu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucero Yeste got free with Alin Mărăscu in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alin Mărăscu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Malcolm Johnston in the 86th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Ferrari's Constantin Manta got a free kick in the 87th minute. Tudor Plop sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 92 minutes into the match, FC Brasov's Lucero Yeste sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alin Mărăscu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alin Mărăscu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Malcolm Johnston in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th minute of the match, Malcolm Johnston tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alin Mărăscu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. FC Ferrari's Alin Mărăscu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucero Yeste in the 95th minute of play. The FC Ferrari supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Brasov's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Brasov.
