Valentin Mineață scored 1-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adam Chițan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 15 minutes into the match, Stroestii's goal looked a bit too open when Aristide Vâtcă came free, but Adam Chițan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentin Mineață got free with Adam Chițan in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ionel Gafița sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the game, Ionel Gafița recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adam Chițan. Ionel Gafița showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Aristide Vâtcă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, Stroestii's goalkeeper Adam Chițan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valentin Mineață. Aristide Vâtcăs short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Adam Chițan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Stroestii's Adam Chițan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionel Gafița in the 45th minute of play. Adam Chițan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ionel Gafița in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cornel Zdrelea made a kick off. Manole Ivăncioiu hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Ionel Gafița fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Chițan having to interfere. Adam Chițan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionel Gafița in the 58th minute of play. When Eric Dănciulescu fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s protests and gave Eric Dănciulescu a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Brisca Sarasau -MM- getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Eric Dănciulescu hit a great ball. Adam Chițan came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s Valentin Mineață. But to his dismay, Valentin Mineață quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Valentin Mineață put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Adam Chițan. After some careless play in the Stroestii defense, Valentin Mineață kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adam Chițan. The Stroestii fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adam Chițan should have stopped the shot. Aristide Vâtcă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adam Chițan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionel Gafița in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Stroestii's goal looked a bit too open when Dorel Şerban came free, but Adam Chițan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st match minute, Brisca Sarasau -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petre Mârza to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the match, Valentin Mineață notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Stroestii's Adam Chițan. Adam Chițan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
