Cosmin Astafei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Uncescu in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristide Vâtcă in the 9th minute of play forced UFC RAVASH's goalkeeper Valentin Amânaloae to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentin Mineață in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valentin Amânaloae saved UFC RAVASH from getting behind. Ionel Gafița kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, UFC RAVASH's goal looked a bit too open when Valentin Mineață came free, but Valentin Amânaloae reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 25 played minutes Brisca Sarasau -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Dorel Şerban. Aristide Vâtcă charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aristide Vâtcă the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of UFC RAVASH booed when Brisca Sarasau -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aristide Vâtcă didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victor Uncescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Cosmin Astafei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute Eric Dănciulescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Amânaloae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victor Uncescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Cosmin Astafei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Valentin Mineață ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valentin Amânaloae was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Ionel Gafița managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ionel Gafița was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valentin Amânaloae breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The UFC RAVASH players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Brisca Sarasau -MM- were winning 0-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victor Uncescu made a kick off. Cosmin Astafei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Uncescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the match, UFC RAVASH's goal looked a bit too open when Ionel Gafița came free, but Valentin Amânaloae reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute Ionel Gafița shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Amânaloae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, UFC RAVASH's Gavril Comăneci got a free kick in the 58th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valentin Mineață got free with Valentin Amânaloae in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Dorel Şerban fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s protests and gave Dorel Şerban a yellow card for diving instead. In the 61st minute, Dorel Şerban hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cosmin Astafei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Uncescu's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Gavril Comăneci hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Ionel Gafița took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valentin Amânaloae. Valentin Amânaloae dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Francisc Vulpăşin kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Jonny Doro fired a really elegant long shot, but Valentin Amânaloae threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. The audience was convinced that Victor Uncescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cosmin Astafei was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. UFC RAVASH's Valentin Amânaloae played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristide Vâtcă in the 78th minute of play. After 88 minutes UFC RAVASH's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jonny Doro who took care of the corner kick. In the 88th minute, Valentin Mineață hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Valentin Mineață came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Brisca Sarasau -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Mineață couldn't finish the play. When Basarab Oravițan fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s protests and gave Basarab Oravițan a yellow card for diving instead. Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s Ionel Gafița got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
