After 5 minutes, Victor Uncescu made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Brasov's Petru Budianu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Petru Budianu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Uncescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Petru Budianu made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Ilie Oblemenco sent off a good shot on target. FC Brasov's Petru Budianu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save FC Brasov from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Uncescu got free with Petru Budianu in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pavel Asachi shot the penalty kick right outside the post. 35 minutes into the match, Dorel Vlaicu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Petru Budianu, 2-0. A collision led to UFC RAVASH getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Victor Uncescu hit a great ball. 40 minutes into the match, FC Brasov's goalkeeper Petru Budianu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Uncescu. UFC RAVASH's Valentin Amânaloae played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucero Yeste in the 42nd minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucero Yeste made a kick off. Petrică Ţugui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Petru Budianu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aron Miheș could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Valentin Amânaloae made a huge save. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by UFC RAVASH's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aron Miheș was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Brasov's players had a chance to rest. FC Brasov's Aron Miheș was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Valentin Amânaloae in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Aron Miheș could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Valentin Amânaloae made a huge save. FC Brasov's Petru Budianu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Uncescu in the 63rd minute of play. Dorel Vlaicu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Petru Budianu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victor Uncescu took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Petru Budianu. Petru Budianu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iosif Pârvulescu during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Iosif Pârvulescu kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavril Comăneci in the 87th minute of play forced FC Brasov's goalkeeper Petru Budianu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Petru Budianu came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by UFC RAVASH's Victor Uncescu. But to his dismay, Victor Uncescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. UFC RAVASH walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
