Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vali Sfetcu started the match with the kick off. Costin Măgură received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Francisc Chirilă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisc Chirilă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vali Sfetcu, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Sabin Pintea charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sabin Pintea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Cotormany's Vali Sfetcu in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tatarus's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Tatarus getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Panait Obregia hit a great ball. Costin Măgură was extremely unlucky when he, in the 14th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The crowd rose to their feet as Vali Sfetcu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Francisc Chirilă. That made the score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. Valeriu Brănet's late challenge caught a Tatarus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valeriu Brănet helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Cotormany getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Valeriu Brănet hit a great ball. In the 21st minute, Panait Obregia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Vali Sfetcu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cotormany's supporters rose to their feet, but Vali Sfetcu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisc Chirilă breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Sebastian Dăianu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sebastian Dăianu came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Tatarus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Dăianu couldn't finish the play. Niculae Berbec received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Iurie Burghelea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 2-0 came through a penalty shot after 45 played minutes, when Cotormany:s Sabin Ozon calmly waited for Tatarus:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastian Dăianu to strike the kick off in the second half. Iurie Burghelea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Dăianu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sabin Pintea got his second yellow card in the match during the 56th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Sabin Pintea hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Vali Sfetcu scored 3-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Francisc Chirilă, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cotormany's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Panait Obregia scored to the left of an out of position Iurie Burghelea, making the score, 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dacian Ghițulescu during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tatarus's Dacian Ghițulescu got a free kick in the 75th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Tatarus's goal looked a bit too open when Costin Măgură came free, but Francisc Chirilă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivan Nisipeanu hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the match, Vali Sfetcu notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Tatarus's Francisc Chirilă. Francisc Chirilă was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cotormany had won after a very even match.
