Spectators: 7693 (Terracing: 5771, Seating: 1769, VIP seats: 153) 5 minutes into the match, Tociloasa's goalkeeper Bogdan Mestecăneanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valeriu Manea. In the 7th minute, Ovidiu Nisporeanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vasile Enășoiu in the 13th minute of play forced -PSC- FC STEAUA08's goalkeeper Albert Brumă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vasile Enășoiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Brumă having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Silviu Paraschiv notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of -PSC- FC STEAUA08's Albert Brumă. Albert Brumă was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 25 minutes, Silviu Paraschiv made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. -PSC- FC STEAUA08's Albert Brumă tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 32 minutes into the game, Valeriu Manea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. -PSC- FC STEAUA08's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tociloasa the free kick. After 32 played minutes -PSC- FC STEAUA08 got a freekick which was hit by Valeriu Manea. In the 36th minute Vasile Enășoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Brumă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Gigel Romaşcanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. -PSC- FC STEAUA08's supporters rose to their feet, but Gigel Romaşcanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bogdan Mestecăneanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Florin Minulescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 46 minutes into the game, Tociloasa's Silviu Paraschiv nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albert Brumă made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4.

The wind increased when Silviu Paraschiv made the kick off in the second half. Vasile Enășoiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 60 played minutes Tociloasa got a freekick which was hit by Gică Haidău. After 62 minutes, Moise Marchiș mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tociloasa and the -PSC- FC STEAUA08 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 62 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tociloasa! Vasile Enășoiu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albert Brumă read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Vasile Enășoiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute, Vintilă Bulencea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. -PSC- FC STEAUA08's Albert Brumă proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save -PSC- FC STEAUA08 from getting a goal against them. Gigel Romaşcanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bogdan Mestecăneanu having to make a save. In the 92ndth minute of the game Valeriu Manea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tociloasa's Bogdan Mestecăneanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th minute Silviu Paraschiv shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Brumă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 97th minute, Florin Minulescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The -PSC- FC STEAUA08 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tociloasa were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
