The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Andrei Bogatu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Leonard Mardare made a huge save. With a little luck, FCM Pascani's Leonard Mardare got control of the ball when Andrei Bogatu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 11 minutes into the game, Valer Alexe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ahmet Sedat Sanih was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to FCM Pascani getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Cristinel Albescu hit a great ball. Valer Alexe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the game, Marcu Lopatnicu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Leonard Mardare was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andrei Bogatu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Leonard Mardare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Bandydos's Vlad Cernescu got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alin Liviu in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonard Mardare prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alin Liviu succeeded in the game's 44th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valer Alexe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dragoş Sinulescu hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 54 minutes into the match, Alin Liviu notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of FCM Pascani's Leonard Mardare. FC Bandydos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andrei Bogatu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Alin Liviu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonard Mardare was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. In the 72nd minute, Alin Liviu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Bandydos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. If Valer Alexe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the game, FC Bandydos's Alin Liviu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonard Mardare made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 7-1 when Alin Liviu sped through FCM Pascani's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leonard Mardare. Leonard Mardare stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alin Liviu's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. After some careless play in the FCM Pascani defense, Alin Liviu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonard Mardare. The FCM Pascani fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonard Mardare should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Bandydos had played much better football throughout.
