The long shot by Basarab Panaitescu in the 3rd minute really tested George Păunescu's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Thanks to some nice moves Petruț Florean could shoot a difficult shot in the 7th minute, which George Păunescu however easily saved by the left post. Petruț Florean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ilie Dumitrescu in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck George Păunescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Ilie Dumitrescu came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the -MXM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ilie Dumitrescu couldn't finish the play. After 13 played minutes -MXM- got a freekick which was hit by Mihăiţă Liviu. In the 17th minute, Petruț Florean left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The -MXM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 22nd minute of the match, Petruț Florean got a very nice opportunity to score, but George Păunescu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Ilie Dumitrescu took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for George Păunescu to make any attempt to save it. 33 minutes into the match, -Bucovina Siret-'s goal looked a bit too open when Ilie Dumitrescu came free, but George Păunescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Basarab Panaitescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. George Păunescu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ilie Dumitrescu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 37 minute of play. When Ilie Dumitrescu came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the -MXM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ilie Dumitrescu couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Narcis Sasu in the 52nd minute of play forced -MXM-'s goalkeeper 顾云弘 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. George Păunescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugen Nedelea in the 57th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Ilie Dumitrescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but George Păunescu was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. George Păunescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 81 minutes into the match, -Bucovina Siret-'s goal looked a bit too open when Ilie Dumitrescu came free, but George Păunescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. George Păunescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilie Dumitrescu in the 86th minute of play. When Tiberiu Boc fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored -Bucovina Siret-'s protests and gave Tiberiu Boc a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, -Bucovina Siret-'s Tiberiu Boc got a free kick in the 90th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ilie Dumitrescu in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck George Păunescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When -MXM-'s Ilie Dumitrescu in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye -Bucovina Siret-'s goalie prevented a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. -MXM- had played much better football throughout.
