Paul Crăciunaș made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Petruț Florean sent off a good shot on target. CF Padureni's Paul Crăciunaș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niculae Bobocea in the 19th minute of play. When -MXM-'s Niculae Bobocea, in the 19th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for -MXM-. In the 21st minute, Petruț Florean left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The -MXM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Petruț Florean scored 2-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paul Crăciunaș, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Paul Crăciunaș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilie Dumitrescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Basarab Panaitescu kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After 40 played minutes CF Padureni got a freekick which was hit by Mihai Cigu. CF Padureni's Paul Crăciunaș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niculae Bobocea in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andrei Rebengiuc stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. CF Padureni's Paul Crăciunaș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ilie Dumitrescu in the 53rd minute of play. Basarab Panaitescu made in the 55th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Petruț Florean. In the 57th minute Ilie Dumitrescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paul Crăciunaș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58thth minute of the game Ilie Dumitrescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CF Padureni's Paul Crăciunaș was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the CF Padureni defense, Basarab Panaitescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paul Crăciunaș. The CF Padureni fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paul Crăciunaș should have stopped the shot. After 66th play minutes Ilie Dumitrescu shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Paul Crăciunaș and just under the crossbar into goal. Paul Crăciunaș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petruț Florean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niculae Bobocea took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paul Crăciunaș. Paul Crăciunaș dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Petruț Florean during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 77 played minutes -MXM- got a freekick which was hit by Petruț Florean. 79 minutes into the match, CF Padureni's goal looked a bit too open when Petruț Florean came free, but Paul Crăciunaș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paul Crăciunaș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilie Dumitrescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. CF Padureni's Paul Crăciunaș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petruț Florean in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th match minute, -MXM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rareș Diaconu to maneuver through the defense. 90 minutes into the game, Dacian Vuşcan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. -MXM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CF Padureni the free kick. After 90 played minutes -MXM- got a freekick which was hit by Dacian Vuşcan. Ilie Dumitrescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that -MXM- were the better team. -MXM-'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
