Francisc Ţeica tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisc Ţeica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigel Bulgar in the 13th minute of the match. Sebastian Cazimir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mircea Alamaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Augustin Cosoroabă scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Cazimir, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th minute Gigel Bulgar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisc Ţeica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Augustin Cosoroabă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Cazimir having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Irinel Oblemenco got free with Francisc Ţeica in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute, Augustin Cosoroabă ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sebastian Cazimir was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Gigel Bulgar's late challenge caught a Rapid FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gigel Bulgar helped the player get up and apologised. FC Goalkeepárii -MM-'s Sebastian Cazimir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augustin Cosoroabă in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st match minute, FC Goalkeepárii -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Ţintea to maneuver through the defense. Mihail Grindeanu kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Goalkeepárii -MM-'s goalkeeper Sebastian Cazimir, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Augustin Cosoroabă to make the kick off. Leonard Ţintea kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Rapid FC's Augustin Cosoroabă ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sebastian Cazimir. Sebastian Cazimir yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Maxim Pop blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sebastian Cazimir having to make a save. Augustin Cosoroabă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Sebastian Cazimir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maxim Pop took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sebastian Cazimir. Sebastian Cazimir dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After a rather tough play, FC Goalkeepárii -MM-'s Irinel Oblemenco got a free kick in the 78th minute. If Irinel Oblemenco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maxim Pop could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Sebastian Cazimir made a huge save. After 94 played minutes FC Goalkeepárii -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Șerban Ştoia. With a little luck, FC Goalkeepárii -MM-'s Sebastian Cazimir got control of the ball when Maxim Pop tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rapid FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
