Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Narcis Sasu made the kick off which started today's match. A collision led to Gantaga getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Petru Rizescu hit a great ball. Luca Novăceanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in -Bucovina Siret-'s zone, Doru Vernescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olimpiu Ţăranu came out of the goal and Doru Vernescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Gantaga getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Doru Vernescu hit a great ball. Narcis Sasu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gigi Panțâru having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Novăceanu in the 18th minute of play forced Gantaga's goalkeeper Gigi Panțâru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. -Bucovina Siret-'s Matei Costăchescu got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Dragoş Corbea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute, Doru Vernescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olimpiu Ţăranu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If Dragoş Corbea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Doru Vernescu got free with Olimpiu Ţăranu in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Doru Vernescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Olimpiu Ţăranu made a huge save. Gantaga's Petru Rizescu was responsible for 3-0 with a brilliant performance in the 41st minute when he, by himself, got past the opponents defense and with a quick shot sent the ball into the goal to the left of Olimpiu Ţăranu.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dragoş Corbea to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, -Bucovina Siret-'s goal looked a bit too open when Doru Vernescu came free, but Olimpiu Ţăranu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to -Bucovina Siret- getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Panait Mihaiu hit a great ball. Gantaga's Gigi Panțâru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narcis Sasu in the 61st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Dragoş Corbea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olimpiu Ţăranu was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Olimpiu Ţăranu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dragoş Corbea in the 65th minute of play. A collision led to -Bucovina Siret- getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Matei Costăchescu hit a great ball. If Dragoş Corbea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the game, Eric Cretan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gantaga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave -Bucovina Siret- the free kick. A collision led to Gantaga getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Eric Cretan hit a great ball. Dragoş Corbea kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After 76 minutes of play, Gantaga's Dragoş Corbea made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olimpiu Ţăranu was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Sever Pop got free with Gigi Panțâru in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gigi Panțâru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Novăceanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Dragoş Corbea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gantaga's Remus Hulubei was substituted for Dragoş Corbea. Olimpiu Ţăranu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remus Hulubei, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Gigi Panțâru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narcis Sasu in the 93rd minute of play. Many of -Bucovina Siret-'s supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. -Bucovina Siret- may have spent more time on the ball, but Gantaga were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
