Manole Frunză started the match with the kick off. Vintilă Minda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basarab Tiberian in the 3rd minute of the match. 5 minutes into the match, UPB FC's goal looked a bit too open when Manole Frunză came free, but Vintilă Minda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Dinamo Brasov's Manole Frunză nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vintilă Minda made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 13th minute, Dacian Dinescu made a precise shot to the right of Vintilă Minda. UPB FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 17 minutes into the match, Manole Frunză notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of UPB FC's Vintilă Minda. Vintilă Minda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 20 minutes into the game, Basarab Tiberian cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Vintilă Minda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vintilă Minda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manole Frunză went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Vali Encea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Maksymilian Banaszak made a huge save. In the 28th minute, Cihat Akgüngör ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vintilă Minda was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. In the 31st minute, Basarab Tiberian left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dinamo Brasov fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. 34 minutes into the match, UPB FC's goal looked a bit too open when Manole Frunză came free, but Vintilă Minda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Virgil Pășcuțoiu hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the game, Cezar Cernescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Vintilă Minda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Manole Frunză scored 0-9 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vintilă Minda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eliodor Cămătaru to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Dacian Dinescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dinamo Brasov fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. Vintilă Minda was a little too slow when Manole Frunză got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 0-11. UPB FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Manole Frunză scored to the left of an out of position Vintilă Minda, making the score, 0-12. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind UPB FC's goalkeeper Vintilă Minda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Basarab Tiberian scored 0-13 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vintilă Minda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Dinamo Brasov's Manole Frunză in 69 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Vintilă Minda guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. 70 minutes into the match, Cezar Cernescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vintilă Minda, 0-14. Vintilă Minda was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Dacian Dinescu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dacian Dinescu really showed his touch with that goal: 0-15. The crowd rose to their feet as Dinamo Brasov's Manole Frunză slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vintilă Minda. That made the score 0-16 after 78 minutes of play. 85 minutes into the match, UPB FC's goalkeeper Vintilă Minda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Basarab Tiberian. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Cezar Cernescu took a quick shot and it went in 0-18 without a chance for Vintilă Minda to make any attempt to save it. Virgil Pășcuțoiu lost his temper 91 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 90th minute of the game. One of UPB FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Dinamo Brasov:s goal. The referee gave Dinamo Brasov a penalty, 92 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mehmet Emrah Oktan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of UPB FC's Vintilă Minda. 0-19. Vintilă Minda was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Manole Frunză showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-20 in the 98 minute of play. Dinamo Brasov's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
